Terms & Conditions for the Albinism Foundation of Zambia

Welcome to the Albinism Foundation of Zambia (AFZ) website (afz-zambia.org). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our site, services, and content. AFZ is a registered non-governmental organization under the Non-Governmental Organisations Act No. 16 of 2009, focused on albinism advocacy. By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use it.

Permitted Use: You may access the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about our programs, donating, or contacting us.

Prohibited Use: Do not: misuse the site (e.g., hacking, spamming); copy content without permission; or engage in illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations, in accordance with Zambian law.

2. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, videos) is owned by AFZ or licensed to us and protected by Zambian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent, except for fair use in advocacy contexts.

3. Donations and Transactions
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. We use secure processors; you are responsible for accurate payment details. AFZ is eligible for tax exemptions under Zambian regulations for qualifying NGOs consult your tax advisor for deductions.

4. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g., testimonials), you grant AFZ a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. Submissions must not infringe third-party rights or be defamatory.
